Highlights
Tier 1: A contribution of $500; your sponsorship will be recognized with:
A 2’X3’ banner with your business logo. Your banner will be hung next to our club table at the Weigh Offs and 2026 West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta.
Your business logo will be displayed on our website at www.pgvg.org and on our social media site.
Tier 2: A contribution of $750; your sponsorship will be recognized with:
A Tier 1 banner and you will have your business logo displayed on our website at www.pgvg.org and on our social media site.
One entry into the 2026 West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta, located at the Tualatin Commons Park (8325 SW Nyberg St, Tualatin, OR 97062). Learn more information about the regatta is online at www.tualatinoregon.gov/pumpkinregatta or check out the YouTube video of the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta by Wild Travels.
The PGVG club will provide you with a pumpkin to race in the 2026 West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta (as the sponsor you will need to assign a sponsor representative to row and should you want to decorate the pumpkin, you will have 20 mins before the race).
Tier 3: A contribution of $7,500 (only one sponsor is accepted); your sponsorship will be recognized with:
A large backdrop banner behind the scale at the Terminator Weigh Off, banner will have exclusive naming rights to the Terminator Weigh Off - “(Company name) Terminator”. The Terminator Weigh Off brings in spectators throughout the entire event and the exclusive naming rights will be advertised and promoted in the local Portland area media outlet(s).
A Tier 1 banner to be displayed at our other Weigh Off and 2026 West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta.
Before the Weigh Off begins, a behind-the-scenes tour and questions and answer session of growing giant pumpkins in the pumpkin staging area with the growers.
Special seating, food, and beverages for up to 10 people for the sponsors and guests attending the Terminator weigh-off.
A 12’ x 15’ photo and plaque of the winner of the “(Company name) Terminator” Weigh Off to be displayed in your business.
Will have your business logo displayed on our website at www.pgvg.org and on our social media site.
